Dear Shareholders of Rosneft,

Please be informed about the expansion of the functionality of the Shareholder's Personal Account (hereinafter – SPA) from October 1, 2020.

New opportunities for users of SPA Service

With the start of SPA Service in 2019, Rosneft shareholders were able to exercise their rights electronically – participate in the General Shareholders Meeting, receive information online on the status of their personal account, control the receipt of dividends, and send requests and receive consultations.

The updated SPA Service now also allows shareholders registered in the register:

  • remotely use the Registrar's services and pay for them online;
  • request and receive income certificates (according to 2-PIT form) in a convenient way;
  • exercise their rights in the SPA on several personal accounts within one session (one office).

Shareholders may send an order to the Registrar to obtain the following information:

  • extracts from the register on the state of the personal account of the registered person as of the date specified in the order;
  • notices of transaction in the register;
  • information on transactions carried out on the personal account for the period specified in the order;
  • information on the availability of a certain number of securities on the personal account of the registered person as of the date specified in the order;
  • information on the availability of securities on the personal account of the registered person as of the date specified in the order;
  • information from the register (report, reference, notice, and information letter).

Important: Orders sent to the Registrar to issue information from the registry must be signed by a qualified digital signature.

For all users of SPA, regardless of where the shares are stored, the updated service has increased information efficiency (the news feed and the shareholder's calendar have been supplemented with corporate events), the interface of the section of shareholder meetings has been improved (information notifications have been implemented, a short voting memo has been placed, a service allowing to ask questions and view materials on a specific issue on the agenda of the meeting directly from the electronic bulletin form has been developed).

Rosneft shareholders can take advantage of state-of-the-art capabilities and advantages of the updated service by connecting the SPA service today.

Procedure for connecting to SPA

In order to organize access to the SPA, it is necessary to obtain a login and password from the Registrar (Reestr-RN) in its Central Office in Moscow or in regional branches.

For shareholders who are clients of a nominee holder, access to the SPA shall be provided by the Registrar after the nominee holder discloses information about the shareholder.
